Acceptable stay, some drawbacks.
fresh coffee convenient location dark alley steep steps
The breakfast was quite good. It always included fresh coffee. The staff members were friendly. Brahim provided a warm welcome and gave advice about the local area. The location within the Medina was very convenient. Exploring on foot was very easy.
The alley leading to the riad was dark, I felt unsafe. The area around the riad didn't seem very nice. the room was split on two levels and the stairway was long. The steps were steep.

split-level design missing apology
The room i booked was quite disappointing. It felt cramped because of its split-level design and a very small window. climbing the steep stairs to the bedroom in the middle of the night was inconvenient. furthermore, the shower was worn, and i found a hair in my fruit salad during one breakfast, which the staff addressed without offering an apology. This lack of attention was unsettling.

a romantic escape
convenient location helpful staff rooftop breakfast
the location was convenient to all attractions we wished to visit . the staff assisted with directions, restaurant bookings and valuable local advice. breakfast on the rooftop conservatory felt special it included fresh orange juice, local breads and eggs cooked to order.
the lighting in our room was a bit dim for reading at night.

Disappointing Room and Poor Service
cramped sleeping area steep stairs
The pool was nice after a hot day.
I booked a beautiful room, but it was a letdown. The upstairs sleeping area was cramped with a small window, and the steep stairs were inconvenient at night. I did not like the room
